Role Overview

Seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and drive growth. Responsibilities include managing schedules, communications, and projects across diverse areas—acquisitions, social media, event coordination, and office management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, communications, and travel

  • Collaborate with the CEO’s wife and our COO to ensure efficient operations

  • Support acquisitions, research, and administrate the process

  • Manage and grow our social media presence, executing marketing strategies

  • Oversee office administration and vendor relations

  • Organize company events, team meetings, and presentations

  • Conduct research, prepare reports, presentations, and assist with budgeting

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in executive assistance, project management, or social media/marketing

  • Experience managing social media platforms and executing marketing strategies

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HubSpot

  • Capable of working independently while offering team support

  • Skilled in handling confidential information with discretion

  • Alignment with Christian values, supporting faith-based initiatives.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary $65,000 - $85,000 CAD, depending on experience, plus a performance-based bonus
