SAP Functional Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP solutions for the Schedule to Deliver (S2D) function
• Collaborate with architects and analysts to design and implement SAP solutions that meet business needs and follow best practices
• Ensure solution integrity through testing and quality assurance
• Work with 3rd party providers and senior leaders to align business strategy with technology
• Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders for solution alignment
• Prioritize and manage SAP demand in the S2D space
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to solution planning and execution
  

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in SAP functional design and delivery
• 3+ years in a senior lead role
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, TM, IM, EWM, LE
• Proven track record of successful SAP implementations
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic and flexible approach to problem-solving
• Willingness to mentor and collaborate with others
