What Opportunity Awaits?

As we continue to grow, Libro is on a mission to find a passionately accountable full-time Information Technology Analyst L1 supporting our London Administration office. The Information Technology Analyst L1 position performs a variety of professional, technical and analytical duties in the operation of enterprise, client/server, and desktop computer systems and networks. Duties include work in the areas of user and system requirements and analysis, applications maintenance, computer systems support, network maintenance, and data administration.

The successful candidate will:

  • Assist in planning and ensuring that new technical requirements are properly integrated and function with existing processes, hardware and software.
  • Maintain flexible hours, participating as a junior pager carrier for 24/7 on-call services as scheduled, escalate when necessary and respond to emergency situations as required.
  • Assist with maintaining backups and backup procedures for all critical systems and data.
  • Assist with regular review and testing of the DRP systems ensuring adequate documentation is in place.
  • Provide friendly, technical telephone and on-site support to administration and branches for software and hardware support.

  • A minimum of a post-secondary degree/diploma, with 1-5 years of related experience, preferably in System Administration or Networking.
  • Advanced knowledge of PC software and hardware is required to provide ongoing support to our administration offices and network of branches.
  • Strong technical aptitude including excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Production networking experience with TCP/IP, LAN and WAN operations.
