The Product Manager – Device Trade is a key role on the Consumer Wireless Product Management team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Device Protection. Partnering with Channels, Marketing, Finance, Operations and external partners to provide leadership in this portfolio. This role will play a key role in how we re-imagine the End-to-End customer experience and device economics of our Trade proposition across all our sales channels and partners while supporting the operational performance of the program such as reverse logistics and device margin.
Responsibilities
- Product strategy – working cross functionally to leverage customer research, competitive benchmarking and industry trends to develop the future Trade value proposition to meet customers needs and the roadmap to get us there
- Own requirement definition - customer journey mapping and business requirement definition and buy-in
- Roadmap & Delivery - Working with IT, Digital, Rogers Financial Services & vendor teams to execute each milestone on the roadmap and provide optionality to business partners to ensure flexibility to adjust to changing market dynamics
- Customer Friction – Seek out and address customer and frontline friction
- Offer management lead – provide single point of contact with Sales/Marketing teams
- End-to-end portfolio management - Define and measure Product and Operational KPIs and SLAs
- Ability to create business cases, monthly revenue forecasts, annual budgeting and performance dashboards
What you bring:
- 2+ years of Product or Marketing or Operations experience.
- University Bachelor’s degree in business or higher.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication (written/verbal) skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional partners to achieve a common goal
- Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and understand concepts, multi-task, solve problems with creative outside of the box thinking, make decisions, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong mindset for end-to-end customer experience with understanding of marketing fundamentals such as value prop and customer journeys.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and perform well in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience working with both technical and business teams, internally and externally.
