Our client is a leading manufacturing and distributor of innovative high quality building envelope - building materials selling solutions to the contractor market. We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to service the Southwest Ontario region where their manufacturing and several branches are located.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the successful candidate will manage existing accounts while driving revenue growth within key strategic markets. This company is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and prioritizing employee well-being, fostering a supportive culture reflected in its many long-term team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain a deeper understanding of client needs, introduce new products; grow existing accounts and increase share of wallet by using a strategic solution-based approach.
• Work with Leadership to identify high-potential customers and business opportunities to drive growth and continue to build the company brand in the region.
• Deliver a high touch customer service experience that sets the company apart from the competition.
• Lead negotiations for quotations and long-term contracts with key clients to secure revenue growth and meet profitability objectives.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to drive business to local branches and align on customer needs and industry-leading product and service strategies.
• Contribute to the creation of sales presentations and other marketing collateral as necessary.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years outside sales and business development experience, contractor market experience preferred.
• Strategic thinking with a proven ability to drive growth in the territory and deliver results.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a history of effective territory management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments.
• Based in Southwest Ontario.
• Amount of travel involved will depend on candidate's location.
