Working as a regional resource with FPs, hospitalists, other subspecialties and with an established diabetes clinic, the Endocrinologist will build and support program service growth for both inpatients and outpatients as well as provide sustainability for support within clinic operations. As a young program at KGH, this position offers you the ultimate in flexibility to build and develop the program further in collaboration with medical leadership. There are options to support clinic services and inpatient care and well as the outpatient clinic and on site structure. In this position, you also have the opportunity for involvement in clinical teaching and other activities of UBC Southern Medical Program. Qualifications:

• Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC)
• Eligible for Fellowship with the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC)
• Doctorate in Medicine
• Eligible for licensure with CPSBC
• Coverage with the Canadian Medical Protective Association is mandatory
