Job Summary

How you will make an impact:
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. You will also supervise and support regional managers to increase sales and profitability.

Now, if you were to come on board as our Regional Account Manager we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Demonstrate key account leadership (maintenance, growth development and rebid) of the top strategic customers
  • Maintain customer relationships with key accounts
  • Develop and execute growth initiatives in these key accounts
  • Respond to RFP and contract renewals in these key accounts
  • Site visits for growth opportunities and regular business reviews
  • Own the customer relationship and be the primary contact
  • Upsell current services

Think you have what it takes to be our Regional Account Manager? We’re committed to hiring the best talent for the role. Here’s how we’ll know you are the best fit:

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in account management (ideally in vending and office coffee/beverage solutions), with a post-secondary education degree or diploma
  • Excellent computer skills with strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and database management
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A good business acumen that enables you to quickly understand and deal with situations that lead to a favourable outcome
  • Ability to work well under pressure with multiple concurrent deadlines
  • You have demonstrated the ability to design, develop and implement significant process improvements, following these through to successful implementation
