We are looking for a Data Engineer Consultant to join our Data Intelligence team.

As a Data Engineer Consultant at Keyrus, you will work alongside a team of professionals with exceptional technical skills and, above all, outstanding human qualities. You will participate in projects for clients across various industries, using the latest technologies to execute innovative initiatives

What will your day-to-day be like?

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and data challenges, acting as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and develop robust, modular, and scalable data transformation routines tailored to client requirements.
• Build and implement efficient data processing solutions that deliver new functionalities and add value to client operations, continuously optimizing processes in line with industry best practices.
• Become an expert in the tools and technologies used at Keyrus to effectively support clients and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Produce detailed technical design documents, production guides, and other best-practice documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Ensure all processes and deliverables align with organizational norms, standards, and client expectations.
• Develop comprehensive test cases to validate data transformation processes and participate in the execution of tests to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Share expertise with client and internal teams through training sessions, hands-on support, and clear communication to empower them to leverage data solutions effectively.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them toward innovative solutions that bridge business and technology.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in data technologies, sharing insights to foster continuous improvement and innovation within Keyrus and client projects.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and impactful solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
  
  

Do you have what we're looking for?

We’re Excited To Meet You If You Have

• + 2 years of experience in data integration and ETL development
• Proven ability to build and operate scalable and secure systems on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure Data Services (including Data Factory, Pipelines, Functions, and SQL).
• Proficiency with AWS Glue, Lambda, and S3 Buckets.
• Strong programming skills in Python (including libraries like PySpark, Snowpark) and very strong knowledge on SQL Databases
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication abilities with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Autonomous, organized, and capable of managing priorities effectively.
• Customer-focused, with a results-oriented approach to solutions.
  
  

What would make you stand out even more?

We Would Love To See You Shine With

• Familiarity with Data Vault methodologies and schema design.
• Experience working with Tableau Prep and Power BI is a plus.
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Snowflake Certifications (e.g., Advanced Architect, SnowPro Core).
• Databricks Certifications or relevant cloud certifications (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Data Engineer Associate).
