The Registrar role is a part-time remote position responsible for all systems, software and tasks related to child registration, customer service support, collection of childcare fees, government funding reporting and related communication.

Wage: $20/hour

Schedule: 15 - 20 hours per week between business hours of 8am – 6pm PST

Location: Remote Online (head office located in Kelowna, BC)

Customer Service Support & Registration Software Administration:

  • Support and assist parents with registration and payment. Respond to phone, email and other message sources in a timely manner.
  • Must have flexibility to follow through on any issues so parents feel they have been listened to and the issue is resolved.
  • Support managers in administrative tasks including user questions and training.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Maintain and deliver a high level of customer service satisfaction, measured by customer feedback and survey results.
  • Skilled in software management of user profiles, data integrity, product creation, customizations, and workflows; troubleshoot system issues.
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish, coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in cloud-based software configuration and troubleshooting (HTML experience an asset).
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
  • Computer Skills: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)

  • Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment and demonstrate initiative.
  • Exceptional time-management, organizational, multitasking and prioritizing abilities
  • Analytical mindset to resolve user issues and enhance solutions.
  • Proven ability to develop flexible approaches toward work procedures and to exercise tact, diplomacy and conflict resolution skills; uses sound judgment.
