What You’ll Do
Purpose of the role
Own the CRM campaign process! Take charge of CRM campaign fulfillment by leveraging internal systems and coordinating with external agencies. You’ll focus on building, testing, and executing 1-1 campaigns while collaborating seamlessly with other key teams to ensure smooth delivery.

What You’ll Do
Purpose of the role
Own the CRM campaign process! Take charge of CRM campaign fulfillment by leveraging internal systems and coordinating with external agencies. You’ll focus on building, testing, and executing 1-1 campaigns while collaborating seamlessly with other key teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign development & fulfilment: Build, test and execute high-quality multi-channel CRM campaigns and workflows, both ad hoc and trigger based, using proprietary tools and MailChimp. Be a subject matter expert on campaign set up and the customer data behind it and managing improvements on the systems.
- Campaign Reporting: Develop and execute reports on campaign performance. Contribute or present on CRM plans and share insights at appropriate meetings.
- Platform management: Be an expert and point of contact for platform related queries & issues and ensure they are answered and solved. Manage the campaign workflows with internal campaign owners, external fulfilment partners and IT.
- Platform development: Support the roll-out of new platforms. In collaboration with IT and implementation partners, ensuring any changes are thoroughly tested and implemented.
- Strategic development: Help develop the regional CRM testing and analytics strategies, pulling together best practices and learnings from other markets.
- 5+ years’ experience building and running CRM campaigns in campaign management systems on client or agency side.
- Experience using a variety of modern development tools, such as HTML, MJML, and Javascript libraries, relational and non-relational databases.
- Extensive knowledge of and hands-on experience with Adobe, Mailchimp or similar systems.
- Experience in building responsive HTML/MJML e-mail’s and managing e-mail fulfilment and deliverability.
- Strong understanding of CASL and email marketing best practices.
- Excellent time management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with customer databases and customer segmentation and ability to navigate a relational database.
- Understanding of basic data analysis principles with an understanding pre-/post campaign analytics, A/B-testing and KPI tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong professional relationships with partners, colleagues, and agencies.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing or Computer Science.
