Role summary:
This person will report directly to the Director of Marketing & Communications. The Marketing &
Communications Specialist is responsible for creating compelling and innovative content that drives
brand awareness and supports the company’s marketing initiatives. This role focuses on developing
creative materials, coordinating events, and managing sponsor relationships and activations. The
Marketing & Communications Specialist works closely with creative partners and is integral to the
success of campaigns, events, and other key marketing activities.

Responsibilities include:
• Manage overall brand consistency across all internal and external channels
• Develop and create a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, sell sheets, technical
white papers, presentations, case studies, posters, etc. in collaboration with internal
stakeholders
• Support and coordinate the company’s event strategy including participation in trade shows,
speaking events, on-site visits, and Town Halls.
• Manage and activate sponsorships, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand and marketing
goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all creative partners, managing the creation and delivery
of marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing & Media Relations Specialist to ensure consistency in

branding and messaging across all platforms.
• Assist with other marketing initiatives as required by the Director of Marketing &
Communications.
• Other duties as assigned

You are:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on content creation and event
coordination.
• Strong writing skills
• Strong creative and visual design skills, with proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe
Creative Suite) and/or Canva Pro.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in event planning and sponsorship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal
and external partners
