Job Description

CEDA is currently seeking a professional and friendly Administrator to be our first point of contact at our Edmonton office location. This part-time position will be responsible for all reception activities and for supporting the office's day-to-day operations. This part-time position involves working in the office Tuesday-Thursday from 7:30-4:00. If you are interested in a pivotal role ensuring the office runs smoothly, apply now!

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensuring everyone has a positive experience in our office!
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors and pointing them in the right direction
  • Taking ownership of our reception area - you will be responsible for keeping the area organized and presentable while answering phone calls, emails, and managing mail deliveries
  • Providing exceptional administrative support to the office, including ordering office supplies, coordinating facility needs, maintaining visitor logs, and monitoring building access
  • Providing assistance as needed in preparing documents, scheduling, record-keeping, and other duties as assigned

Role Specifications

  • 2+ years of related work experience is required
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
