Business Support Coordinator

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Business Support Coordinator to join our Customer Service department! This position will be based in our Saint John NB location.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Excellent listening and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Dispatch incoming calls and emails to the appropriate individual or department.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate manner via phone, email or fax.
• Process Mobility requests for the JD Irving group of companies, including inquiries, activations, upgrades.
• Order entry and tracking for internal and external customers
• Administrative and Training Support as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative position with a proven track record
• Proven experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite is required
• Post-secondary education in Business, Administration considered an asset
