Job Description
Our Security Alarm Surveillance Operators respond to various types of alarms and we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefit package.

Founded in 1959, Industrial Security provides on-site security services to the various J.D. Irving, Limited locations including our industrial sites. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we deliver a comprehensive security solution you can trust.
Our team of experienced professionals ensure that personal, material, and site safety at our facilities is paramount. Our teams work closely with our Security Operations Centre to monitor and provide security services on a 24/7 basis.
Our Security Alarm Surveillance Operators respond to various types of alarms and we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefit package.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring alarms, video surveillance and dispatching patrol or emergency response
- Monitoring site surveillance cameras
- Telephone answering service
- Office administration
- Written and verbal reporting and documentation, using various reports and logs
- Post-secondary Education in Office Technology or related field
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Bilingualism would be considered an asset (English/French)
