The person in this role will play a central part in effectively managing tasks related to various sectors within the Finance department, such as accounts payable, auditing, financial analysis, and payroll. Reporting to the Finance Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information and managing the documentation associated with these areas. Exciting challenges await you: over the next few years, you will actively participate in the transition to a new ERP system, working closely with the entire team.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper follow-up on accounts payable, invoice coding, and the accuracy of disbursement entries.
- Process certain supplier payments.
- Collaborate with the sales audit team during busy periods or vacations.
- Assist in preparing management reports in support of various financial analysts.
- Perform various payroll-related tasks as needed.
- Participate in different related tasks to support the team.
- Hold a degree or professional experience in administration or accounting.
- Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, rigor, and discretion.
- Show an interest in acquiring new skills.
- Enjoy driving change and improving work methods.
- Be proficient in French and English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with various stakeholders across the country.
