Reporting to the Finance Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information and managing the documentation associated with these areas. Exciting challenges await you: over the next few years, you will actively participate in the transition to a new ERP system, working closely with the entire team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper follow-up on accounts payable, invoice coding, and the accuracy of disbursement entries.
• Process certain supplier payments.
• Collaborate with the sales audit team during busy periods or vacations.
• Assist in preparing management reports in support of various financial analysts.
• Perform various payroll-related tasks as needed.
• Participate in different related tasks to support the team.
  
  

Desired Profile

• Hold a degree or professional experience in administration or accounting.
• Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, rigor, and discretion.
• Show an interest in acquiring new skills.
• Enjoy driving change and improving work methods.
• Be proficient in French and English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with various stakeholders across the country.
