Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate team activities, overseeing all aspects of team management, including hiring and terminations
• Ensure smooth and efficient office operations by supporting daily workflow and administrative tasks
• Manage Workday scheduling and payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all staff members
• Actively participate in weekly and monthly meetings, providing updates and collaborating to drive success
  
  
  

About You:

• Clinical background and experience with dental software programs
• HR experience considered an asset
