What the role offers:

As a Lead Software Developer you will:

• Quickly grasp the business context to enhance customer value significantly.

• Identify and course-correct when the current path does not meaningfully serve customer needs, playing a key role in setting longer-term business strategy.

• Possess 8-10 years of previous professional experience.

What you need to succeed:

• Experience in designing and implementing data stores
• Knowledge in IBM i Series (AS400) and IBM Mainframe Z/OS experience
• Very strong in TSQL / SQL
• Experience with RPG CL
• Working experience in EDI
• Extensive experience creating Indexes, Stored Procedures, Views, and Triggers (TSQL)
• Knowledge and experience in .Net (C#), JAVA
