THE ROLE

As the Senior Data Analyst, you will:

• Seek to deeply understand Aritzia’s supply chain practice and generate actionable insights by analyzing operational warehouse data
• Understand and transform complex business problems into data & analytics requirements
• Partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners to enable data-driven decisions that will enable efficiencies, enhance customer experience and grow the business
• Leverage advanced analytics to build, influence and refine models that enable data driven insights, predict outcomes and recommend actions
• Visualize and communicate data through reports, dashboards and presentations
• Assess day-to-day business performance, proactively investigate trends searching for root cause and recommend actions when appropriate

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Data Analyst has proven skills, certifications, and / or experience with:

• SQL and large datasets
• Analyzing data with Excel
• Visualizing data and building dashboards with tools like Tableau, Looker or Power BI
• Python or R for data analysis
• AI / ML models
• Supply Chain, warehouse management or logistics subject areas as an added benefit

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus.
