This position sits in the Montreal Lachine Center (HR department).

Job Description

This position processes safety awards, citations, inspection reports, invoices, accident cover letters and driving records. He/She performs general office duties utilizing various database systems. This position performs other tasks as requested.

Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Workdays: Monday to Friday (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week)

Shift Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (must be able to work a minimum of 40 hrs. per week)

Shift Duration: 8 hours a day (requires flexibility with Start and Finish time)

Work Location: 1221 32ND AVENUE LACHINE, QC H8T 3H2 Canada

Responsibilities:

  • Administration of injury claims (CNESST / Alberta, Nova Scotia, PEI, Newfoundland, and Labrador)
  • Processing of payments -CNESST
  • Earnings calculation and reporting
  • Data and Reports management
  • G-SHRMIS data base support for injury reporting
  • Preparation of monthly reports
  • General inquiries, other admin tasks as assigned.
  • HOIR reports
  • Case Management duties, coverage for Specialist

Qualifications:

  • Excellent computer skills, MS Word, Excel
  • Attention to detail.
  • Time management and ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Good interpersonal skills, customer service
  • Ability to analyze data and problem solve.
  • Bilingual (French /English)- verbal and written, required.
  • Knowledge of WCB /CNESST policy/ legislation an asset.
