Your tasks at a glance

• You have a business mindset and use your judgment in decision-making and day-to-day operations.

• You maintain quality assurance standards with your team through validation, audit, and established processes.
• You effectively manage and improve budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

A clear view of your assets

• You have excellent communication skills in English.
• You demonstrate keen business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• You are a natural leader who knows how to persuade and mobilize your team toward your vision and the achievement of objectives.
• You have a background in business development, project management, and sales.
• Your university education in management or business administration (or a related field) is considered an asset.
• You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
• You are organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Required: You are comfortable traveling to the head office or other clinics for training (expenses covered by Vision Group).
• Schedule: You are available Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm (shift start/end times may vary on surgery days) and occasional weekends when required.
