Responsibilities

  • Support the IT Strategic Sourcing Team as a data, process, and reporting expert
  • Work with internal Servicenow support teams, develop, document, and maintain Servicenow workflows for the team
  • Audit existing processes and report on compliance and assist in the development of data governance standards for sourcing data
  • Develop and deliver training programs to upskill team members on Servicenow workflows and procurement processes
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies and tools into the sourcing process, share expertise and grow Servicenow tools (VMO, Asset, Contract)
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends in sourcing activities
  • Understand technology vendors to effectively understand agreement terms including interpretation of licensing costs, entitlements and renewals
  • Develop, implement, and management procurement document control practices
  • Data entry and basic reporting of contract, vendor, and risk data into Servicenow with P2P tool
  • Manage the contract renewal process, including data entry, reporting, ticket creation, and monitoring

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a Procurement/Sourcing role
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Servicenow, with a deep understanding of workflows and request/task management specifically in procurement and/or contract modules
  • Some proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, or Power BI, to support strategic decision-making
  • Experience in managing change within an organization, particularly in implementing new workflows and processes in Servicenow
  • Strong ability to engage and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration
  • Experience in developing and writing procedure documentation
  • Ability to track multiple tasks, projects, and requests from multiple team members
  • Understanding of data categorization and shared data fields in Servicenow
