JOB DESCRIPTION

Messa Sync is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective internal and external communications, supporting company objectives, and strengthening our brand presence. You will work closely with various departments to deliver compelling messages, organize events, and maintain clear and consistent communication strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to align with organizational goals.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications such as newsletters, press releases, and announcements.
  • Coordinate and manage company events, presentations, and public relations efforts.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.
  • Monitor and report on communication campaign performance and feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Handle crisis communication and provide support in managing sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of event coordination and public relations strategies.
