Position Overview:

Work within a multidisciplinary team of ~30 professionals on a variety of stimulating engagements (typically 6 weeks). Our deal teams of 3-4 professionals deliver consulting services involving companies in numerous industries (Consumer Products, Pharma, Distribution, Services, Manufacturing, etc.) experiencing challenges arising from over-leverage, liquidity problems, under-performance, macroeconomic events, or other business transitional/operating issues.

Our clients’ portfolio companies typically include privately-owned small-medium sized businesses ($100MM-$500MM in revenue), which offers the opportunity to work alongside company executives and upper management to identify and recommend solutions to complex business issues.

A variety of arrangements are available including a hybrid work schedule.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience;
  • Diligence and transaction advisory service an asset;
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (Alteryx or Power Query/Pivot a plus);
  • Strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analyses;
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a changing environment;
  • Ability to collaborate with client personnel and other professionals;
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and organizational skills;
  • A positive and energetic attitude;
  • Ability to work autonomously.

Experience

  • 6 year(s): Consulting

Licenses & Certifications

  • CFA
  • CPA
