Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in engineering required preferably in Electronics or Communications
  • Minimum 5 years experience in semiconductor assembly & test operations required
  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in high demand manufacturing in an automated environment with strict compliance to procedures, processing specifications and quality requirements as stipulated in ISO9001/ISO13485/ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards
  • Knowledgeable in Process FMEA (AIAG), control plans and OCAP
  • Able to plan and execute plans effectively.
  • Attention to detail with good organizational skills and work hours/shifts flexibility
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills at various levels of an organization
  • Proactive and assertive to lead objectives, possess effective analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Able to plan and execute plans effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and implements activities in the production areas to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives
  • Prioritizes production schedules based on resources, planning priorities, equipment capacities and efficiencies and materials to achieve supply plan targets
  • Plans and administers procedures, change awareness and training requirements for all staff
  • Manage resource planning effectively on assigned shift and communicates on a daily basis with line management, planning, and support teams
  • Identify and develop personnel skills to ensure efficient support for manufacturing operations across multiple functions
  • Manages direct reports performance appraisals, provides feedback on personnel performance and highlights individual or team efforts for recognition and appreciation
  • Participate in TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance Program) and Technical reviews
  • Communicate effectively manufacturing issues/concerns to process engineering and management teams
  • Will be responsible for backend assembly operations and final test
