How You'll Help Us:

We are looking for a Business Analyst (5+ years experience) to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

Once You Are Here, You Will:

• Develop and update Government of Canada Infrastructure Project and GCdocs operational processes for the creation, storage, access, management, sharing and transmission of information.

• Update the current Concept of Operations for the Government of Canada Infrastructure Project and GCdocs including procedures on security, hardware decommissioning, and asset management.

• Facilitate sessions with project stakeholders, collect and document requirements for application development and reporting.

• Plan and implement processes based on gathered requirements.

• Analyze data and identify gaps or patterns in the processing of Government of Canada Infrastructure Project accounts.

• Document and manage the transition activities from project to operations, focusing on infrastructure elements.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in related tasks.

• Experience in GCDocs and CONOPS within the last seven (7) years.

• Canadian university degree or college/CEGEP diploma related to computer science, information technology, or engineering.

• Federal security clearance at level Secret.

Nice to Have:

• Tools: BPWin, Oracle CASE, Rational Rose, RUP

• Public Sector experience
