We are looking to fill up to three positions as a cashier in our Front-End department.

In this position, your responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service by checking out customers and answering their questions.
  • Scan items and place them into bags.
  • Enter the code for items that require weighing and for payments received.
  • Position items on a scale for weighing.
  • Process all forms of payment, including cash, credit, and coupons etc.
  • Utilize a telephone to conduct price checks as needed.
  • Upholding company policies and work standards.
  • Completing any additional duties delegated by your department manager.

Requirements:

  • Ability to meet customer needs and demands in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Capacity to perform effectively under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • Stamina to stand for extended periods and the capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong teamwork skills complemented by a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to function autonomously in a dynamic work environment.
  • Showcase resourcefulness and professionalism in handling customer inquiries.
  • Comprehend and adhere to the store's regulations and protocols.
  • Maintain flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Store Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8am - 9pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 8am - 7pm
