Dental Receptionist

The team at Downtown Dental Victoria located in Victoria B.C is looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist on a full-time or part-time basis. As our office has grown, we are now in need of additional staff to serve our amazing patients.

The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

• 32-40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday with option for flexible schedule. No evenings or weekends
  
  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience is required as a Dental receptionist
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Exan Power Practice is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
• Customer service mindset
