Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a Supervisor, Operations to join our Brampton shot peening team!

Our Operations Supervisor is responsible for providing support to our operators and assigning jobs to the production team.

Location: Brampton, ON

Shift: Monday-Friday. 12hr split: 12:30pm - 9:30pm

Your Challenge

• Oversee the production schedule
• Assign customer jobs across the production team
• Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their delegated tasks
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
• Keeping health and safety at the forefront of the production process
  
  

What You Bring

• 3-5 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity, in a manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of MS Office and work knowledge with ERP systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Bachelors degree
• Must be eligible to meet the requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CPG)
