Schedule: Monday - Friday

Rate Compensation: $82,000.00 - $121,000.00 / annual ( based on experience - flexible compensation model is available)

Up to $10,000.00 SIGNING BONUS plus RELOCATION ASSISTANCE( if applicable)

Qualifications: 

  • Graduate in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university.
  • Registered in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia.
  • 1 to 5 Years of experience treating clients in an outpatient clinical setting is preferred.
  • New graduates with full license in BC as a PT are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
  • Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and start work with minimum supervision.


Key Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
  • Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic.
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
  • Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development.
