• Provide solution architecture expertise for the development and enhancement of the Corporation’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Microsoft Dynamics, software solution.
• Implement changes required to upgrade the corporation’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Microsoft Dynamics, software solution to the cloud while meeting interface requirements to the GOA 1GX solution.
• Provide design and development solutions to meet various project requirements in HOME.
• Execute of delivery of technical projects plans and design documents.
• Elicit, document and analyze business, stakeholder, and solution requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance existing business architecture as changes to organizations, processes, business rules and systems occur.
• Design processes as required to assist in the delivery of operational support for information technology solutions.
• Design and coordinate the develop of reporting and business intelligence solutions as needed to address information requirements
  
  
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• CRM experience through previous implementations and knowledge of CRM products.
• Experience developing current and future business architecture models.
• In-depth knowledge of application architecture trends, methods and guidelines., and related enterprise architecture.
• Experience as a Lead Architect on a large-scale implementation projects in CRM, Case Management, Business Intelligence, Performance Management.
• Experience writing technical application support documentation.
• Experience with developing data migration activities from legacy to new systems, including developing data conversion plans, conversion threshold metrics, and go-live transition to operations planning.
• Experience developing and implementing information technology solutions for social programs.
• Experience with strategic, tactical and operational planning and how it fits in an enterprise architecture.
• Experience working with information technology and application management resources to define technical infrastructure requirements and application support programs that satisfy service level expectations.
• Experience with Public Sector Enterprise Architecture, and all associated best practices, methods, standards, tools, policies and procedures will be considered an asset.
• Experience with definition and management of Application Architecture will be considered an asset.
• Experience with identification and documentation of key application requirements (functional and non-functional) will be considered an asset.
• Ability to demonstrate experience and leadership in the collaborative design and deployment of Business Architecture models for government services, service model, process model, information model and performance model will be considered an asset.
• Experience integrating with ERP systems will be considered an asset.
