Job Description:

On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is looking for Organizational Change Managers to supply a cohesive team to support OCM activities, deliver branded content, coordinate, and facilitate clinical engagement activities, and contribute to the OPOR program's strategic vision. We are specifically looking for diverse skills and backgrounds across the four consultants, emphasizing expertise in clinical and healthcare communications.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare Strategy coordination and facilitation for the following Platforms

o Executive Leadership Council

o Manager Forums

o Transition Team Knowledge Transfer sessions

o End User Engagement (Town Halls, virtual demos, Roadshows etc.)

• Content development

o PREPARE materials

o OPOR Hub content

o OPOR Website content

o Monthly Update Packages

o Posters and collateral materials

o Newsletter content and general copywriting

• Clinical Engagement Master Plan tactical execution

o Site level Engagements

o Material development

o Event planning & coordination for Go-Live readiness

o Change Network coordination

• Dedicated Provider Engagement planning

• Provider Portal OCM/Communications Plan support

• Patient Portal OCM/Communications Plan support

• Novari OCM/Communication Plan support

• Feedback activities (collation and incorporation)

• Change Readiness Surveys

o Data analysis and recommendation

o Resistance mitigation planning

• KPI’s & progress reporting strategy

• OPOR Program Team support

o Translation of OCM vision

o Coaching and support

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in a health-related discipline. Consideration may be given to those with equivalent training and relevant experience.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a health-related field. Preference given to those with CIS implementation experience.

• 2+ years’ experience in change management or health system implementation.

• Prosci or equivalent Change Management designation required. Consideration may be given to those with relevant experience.

• Experience/training with healthcare information systems and terminology an asset.

• Expertise in supporting technology adoption within complex healthcare environments.

• Strong ability to communicate complex issues to clinical and business staff.

• Familiarity with systems principles, theories, and concepts within healthcare.

• Knowledge of healthcare technology best practices, software applications, and informatics.

• Ability to solve a range of complex problems; propose innovative solutions; and apply clinical best practices

• Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills

• Experience in creating summary documentation based on evaluation and analysis

• Proven collaboration with diverse parties to address complex issues

• Experience in transformational/process analysis supporting change management principles

• Organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

• Experience in working with patient care leaders

• Graphic design/communications material generation expertise an asset
