Production Labourer

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manufacturing & Processing: Operating equipment to assist in batch formulation, mixing, tempering, curing, and packaging.
• Quality Control: Conducting inspections to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
• Sanitization & Preparation: Cleaning, sanitizing, and setting up production equipment and workspaces.
• Packaging & Documentation: Weighing, scanning, labeling, counting, and inspecting cannabis material while maintaining accurate documentation per regulations.
• Compliance & Documentation: Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Health Canada regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Assisting colleagues, cross-training with other departments, and supporting the onboarding of new team members.

• Physically Active: Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting (up to 40 lbs) during shifts.

Important Details to Know

• This is a full-time position requiring up to 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime.
• Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
• Must be at least 19 years old and legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Work involves exposure to plant materials, handling cleaning products, and wearing protective equipment.
