Position Summary:
Branch Sales Associates provide solutions and easily connect with branch walk-in customers. The objective is to capitalize on sales opportunities, create customer loyalty, and exceed customer expectations by using their guidance, knowledge, computer acumen, and winning attitude. They have excellent all-around communication skills and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

Job Responsibilities (You Will):
- Ownership of the entire customer experience, including appropriate product selection, accurate order entry and maintenance, picking product, and loading customer vehicles.
- Consistently performs actions with branch sales focus to capitalize on sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty to deliver revenue targets.
- Learn and easily navigate through various computer systems and applications for customer facing and warehouse activities.
- Agility to shift focus seamlessly from assisting customers to other various branch tasks, including performing warehouse and showroom related tasks safely for pickup or shipping.
- Perform housekeeping duties as needed to ensure branch appearance meets Grainger standards.
Education/Experience (You Have):
- High school Diploma or equivalent preferred. 1-3 years of experience in related field preferred.
- Flexibility to work any time within branch hours of operation.
- Own your personal development, accept feedback, and be proactive with your leader to support your growth.
- Ability to work in a position requiring:
- Continuous standing and walking.
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs unassisted regularly.
- Ability to safely learn and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Successful and timely completion of initial and ongoing training as required.
- Other branch support duties as assigned according to business needs.
