Job Description

As part of the Vendor Management Team, the Vendor Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the team managing our vendor program. The individual will contribute to optimizing relationships with our external vendors and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. The individual will leverage data analytics to contribute to vendor performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Vendor Management team with onboarding and off-boarding Vendor
  • Manage Vendor contract renewal dates
  • Report on Vendor progress on KPIs and established metrics used to evaluate vendor performance.
  • Review vendor invoices to ensure accuracy as per the contract and arrange for payment
  • Track, monitor, and maintain records of all inquiries, issues and escalations related to the Vendor network
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relations with Vendors.

Education

  • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

  • 0-2 years experience (Preferred)
  • Proficient with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint, Tableau and Ariba.
  • Effectively managing workload through planning, organizing and prioritizing.
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Leveraging data to evaluate progress relative to defined metrics.
