The Quality Assurance Analyst and Trainer is responsible for performing daily quality reviews on completed work requests processed by the various teams within Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance Plan administration. In addition, this role is responsible for providing training and mentorship for team members.
As the successful candidate, you will provide support, and field questions throughout the day. You will identify business process improvements and suggest ways to streamline or enhance procedures while you document our processes and maintain training materials. This position requires excellent time management and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
You will be an essential component of the team, ensuring we maintain a high level of accuracy and provide our clients and partners with a quality product and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively convey information and build relationships
- Minimum of two years of previous group benefits administration processing experience
- Strong analysis and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to multitask
- Consistently high-level attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures
- Open to feedback and implement changes based on the feedback provided
- Experience with Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
- Continuing education in Training and Development may be required as needed
