What are your contributions to the team?

• Adhere to our strict data governance protocols for our customer lifecycle master data
• Use 3rd party subscription databases and the internet to research and update information within our CRM application (Salesforce.com) . This includes companies and their hierarchies and associated contacts (e.g. telephone, address, e-mail, net worth, website, financials, industry type, ownership type, etc.)
• Verify and update customer and competitive aircraft owner, operator, and management company information
• Research and qualify new record entries in Salesforce, ensuring the integrity of the information and validating no duplicate records have been created
• Manage sales exceptions where sales territory assignments are misaligned
• Create company and executive profiles for our senior leadership and sales teams
• Perform regular data quality checks in order to ensure data integrity and accuracy is maintained
• Meet or exceed the expectations of internal stakeholders by delivering quality results within the pre-determined Service Level Agreement timelines
• Manage and address customer requests for access to our customer portal as well as modifications to their aircraft fleet
