Corpay is currently looking to hire a Global Client Engagement Manager within our Cross Border division. This position falls under our Cross Border line of business and is located in Victoria, BC. This role is responsible for managing and executing the client engagement process, ensuring successful implementation and support for all new and existing clients leveraging Corpay’s suite of technology for their payment and foreign exchange requirements. You will report directly to the Director of Enterprise Engagement, and regularly collaborate with the Digital Growth Team, as well as other cross-functional teams.

How We Work
As a Global Client Engagement Manager , you will be expected to work in our Victoria office. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in the Victoria office
- Company-issued equipment
- Formal, hands-on training
- Build strong internal relationships to ensure positive team dynamics and timely responses to client requests
- Proactively assist with client implementations and collaborate with Cross Border Support for successful setups on Corpay Online, Cross Border Web, and file/API integrations.
- Address customer queries, liaise with internal departments, and ensure effective client responses.
- Follow Best Practices to evaluate relevant information and ensure compliance and accuracy in all tasks.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, both in writing and verbally.
- Resolve payment investigations and customer issues efficiently, suggesting process improvements where applicable.
- Conduct Stage 1 Demos, solutioning, implementation calls, client training, and business walk-throughs.
- Manage API and file implementations, complete Digital Growth documentation, and update Monday Boards with implementation stages.
- Offer Stage 4 warranty support and assist with client-related projects, including data migrations.
- Collaborate with internal sales, trading, and support teams to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform customer verifications to maintain compliance with regulations.
- Assist with process enhancements, documentation, and general project execution.
- 2-5 years successful customer service experience.
- 2-5 years project management, implementation management and/or technical solutioning with files and API technology.
- Providing fulsome support for pre and post release transactions, capturing information and reconciling data; payment handling an asset; experience in client relationship management ideal
- Proficient in IT with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and time sensitive queries; ownership until resolution
