- $65,000 to $80,000 per annum (based on experience)

- Showings of multiple units in a variety of properties within Greater Victoria
- Preparation of all leasing documents and notices
- Organize and manage efficient work order process
- Efficient completion and reporting of all suite inspections
- Ability to efficiently obtain quotes
- Completion of market research to enhance current portfolios
- Hire and supervise building superintendents
- Negotiate or approve rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owner
- Ensure terms of lease agreements are met
- Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical or maintenance duties
- Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
- Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation
- Prepare expense and income reports
- Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants
- 1+ years’ experience as a Rental Property Manager (Newly licensed may also apply)
- Clear understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act
- Has a valid Rental license
- Valid driving license
