The Boisé Vanier residence, located along the St-Charles River, offers seniors a warm and safe environment while respecting the specific needs of each individual. We are currently looking for a person to fill a full-time maintenance attendant position. Apartment renovations and resident requisitions + all other related tasks: flooring, painting, plastering We offer telemedicine, employee assistance program and more!

Schedule: Monday to Friday during the day with 1 weekend out of 4

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean entryways and common areas
- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment
- Supervise the maintenance of the equipment
- Good communication
- No experience necessary
