We are looking for a UX Researcher to support our research efforts, uncover new opportunities, and help shape the design and implementation of our products. Your research will contribute to creating useful, intuitive, and engaging experiences while advocating for user needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product strategy and ensure our solutions meet the needs of diverse users across platforms (iOS, Android, and web).

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Synthesize data and present compelling, user-centered insights to stakeholders in a clear and impactful way.
  • Contribute to research roadmaps that align with product and business goals.
  • Promote a user-centered approach within teams by advocating for best practices in UX research.
  • Support efforts to democratize research, helping teams independently conduct lightweight studies when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience conducting UX research in a professional setting.
  • Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods and when to apply them.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources to uncover actionable insights.
  • Experience working within agile or fast-paced software development environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to various audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across disciplines and advocate for user needs.
