We’re looking for a Systems Enablement Specialist to join our team. The Systems Enablement Specialist will play a critical role in empowering our sales team with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed within our CRM and other tools. As the Systems Enablement Specialist, you will support the GTM Sales org with ‘how’ we will achieve our company targets by driving world-class Enablement of all stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs, including onboarding, product training, and ongoing development related to our CRM and Sales Policy.
- Enabling the GTM organization with updates such as changes to internal processes, new releases from our IS department, and product feature releases. You will then continue to support the teams with the adoption of these changes until successfully embraced.
- Working closely with the GTM Operations team and other stakeholders to understand/diagnose the performance in the region, and consequently support Sales Leadership with identifying individual and team training needs.
- Customize training materials to address the specific needs of different sales teams and roles.
- Conduct live and virtual training sessions, ensuring engagement and effective learning.
- Ensure that all training content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with the company’s sales strategy and goals.
- Work with the Team Lead - System Enablement Specialists to identify and implement new tools and technologies that can enhance sales performance.
