We are currently recruiting for a Credit Administrator to fill a current permanent vacancy in our Credit Risk department.
Reporting to the Team Leader, Credit Administration, this role is responsible to support credit administration from approval to funding, and general partnering with lenders in support of personal and business members with or applying for new credit. As an integral role on the Credit Risk team, responsibilities require following quality control processes to help protect Kindred’s loan portfolio and ensure excellence in service to our membership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responds to inquiries and requests from branch lenders, providing support through the loan funding process.
- Prepares loan documentation for signature.
- Coordinates mortgage registration process and communication with lawyers/FCT.
- Receives and reviews incoming mortgage security packages from lawyers.
- Coordinates registration/discharge of security through PPSA.
- Reviews loan conditions to ensure they are met prior to advance of funds
- Advances loan proceeds and coordinates disbursement of funds
- Completes pre-and post-advance loan audits
- Completes digitization of loan documents
- Manages paid off loan process

Plus, you bring your qualifications and experience:
- Some post-secondary education in a related field, such as business or accounting
- 2-3 years of related experience, in financial services, bookkeeping, or customer service
- Strong technical skills
- Previous credit or real estate experience is a definite asset
