JOB SUMMARY
The receptionist is responsible for receiving and directing all incoming calls and visitors in a professional manner.

The Receptionist is part of the Administrative Team and reports to the Executive Assistant. This position bears full responsibility for all agreed upon goals and objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answers phone line at the Front Desk using a friendly and calm manner while directing them to the proper Belimo employee.
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and notifies company personnel to accompany them at the Front Desk.
- Maintains security by following procedure, issuing visitor badges by having them sign in and out using SINE software.
- Communicate any safety concerns or irregularities at the Front Desk.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Always maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Organizing incoming mail for distribution.
- Provides administrative support with projects as assigned and needed.
- May be asked to assist Customer Service Team with overflow tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma, college degree is an asset.
- Minimum one year reception and clerical experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Use of personal computer, and other supporting business equipment is a must.
- High comfort level on use of the Microsoft Suite of products (Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel).
- Familiarity with phone systems; Experience with Genesys Pure Cloud a plus.
- Requires organization and time managements skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and maintain a proactive and positive attitude.
- This is a desk-intensive position with scheduled breaks.
- Required hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Scheduled overtime may be required.
The base pay for this position ranges from $49,000 - $53,000 CAD annually with a target performance bonus of 7% of an employee’s annual base salary. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience.
