What are your contributions to the team?

• Intervene with diligence, fairness and objectivity in handling complaints of a human nature;
• Determine intervention strategies and conduct investigations of all sizes, meet with witnesses, complainants and respondents, and analyze documentation that can sometimes be complex;
• Write detailed reports and executive summaries, and present report findings to committees and those involved in the case;
• Understand complex problems in a variety of environments and be able to quickly grasp workplace issues;
• Provide training on a variety of topics related to workplace issues, and have the ability to popularize the subjects covered;
• Contribute to the ongoing development of approaches, methods and tools.
  
  
  

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

• Knowledge and experience in conducting workplace investigations;
• Knowledge and experience in writing investigation reports;
• Knowledge and experience of harassment and violence in the workplace;
• Ability to travel on a regular basis;
• Three years' experience in a similar position;
• Training in investigation techniques;
• Training in harassment and violence in the workplace;
• Fluently bilingual (French, English);
• Certified Harassment Investigator (ECH) designation would be an asset.
