- 100% Remote*
- Assist in the coordination and execution of project enhancements, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Understand and communicate project requirements to team members, clearly assigning responsibilities and providing timely feedback.
- Proactively report status updates, issues, and risks to ALC project managers and leadership.
- Identify and address productivity, quality, resource management, vendor, product, and process-related issues.
- Facilitate work deliverable estimations.
- Support change request management.
- Provide general consulting support to ALC stakeholders.
- Assist in drafting Statements of Work with internal teams and external service providers for short-term deliverables and solutions.
- Track progress and review tasks to ensure accuracy for billing and forecasting.
- Monitor deliverables and resolve any potential roadblocks that could impact deadlines.
- Ensure all regulatory requirements are met and properly documented.
- Identify areas for improvement and maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Intermediate to senior-level project management experience.
- A relevant university degree and 5+ years of progressive project management experience.
- Gaming and/or Digital IT experience would be considered an asset.
- Strong project management abilities, including organization, scheduling, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with MS Project and Enterprise Project Server.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project processes and best practices.
- Strong documentation skills to outline issues, risks, alternatives, and recommendations effectively for executive review.
- Ability to actively listen, value diverse perspectives, and build collaborative relationships before finalizing project plans.
- Outstanding client communication and facilitation skills.
- Conflict management and resolution capabilities.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to act with urgency to ensure timely project delivery and follow-up on tasks.
