    What will your typical day look like?

    As a manager your duties will include but not limited to:

    • Lead privacy and confidentiality due diligence and integration efforts for Deloitte acquisitions and divestitures
    • Accountable for maturing Deloitte’s account and engagement-specific privacy and confidentiality controls to meet client contract expectations of Deloitte
    • Support the maturation of Deloitte’s privacy and confidentiality processes and materials used in pursuit / RFP processes (e.g., client / market-facing privacy and confidentiality materials)
    • Advise business lines of privacy and confidentiality risks for new / changing initiatives and develop strategies with the business lines to manage those risks
    • Support incident management program maturation, where required
    • Coach and develop privacy and confidentiality team members
    • Other privacy and confidentiality tasks / projects, as required

    Enough about us, let’s talk about you

    You are someone who has:

    • Minimum 6 years of related work experience
    • Strong understanding of Canadian privacy regulations and best practices is required
    • Demonstrated success in unstructured environments, including strong organization and time management skills, and self-motivated is required
    • International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), or other similar certifications are an asset
    • Familiarity with managing confidential information and contracting is an asset
    • Excellent project management skills are an asset
    • Experience in related areas, such as professional services delivery, artificial intelligences (e.g., GenAI) data protection, data science, risk and controls, communications and change management, or technology processes and law is an asset

    Total Rewards

    The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
