We’re seeking a Full-Stack Software Developer to contribute to the design and development of scalable solutions within our technology ecosystem, including our websites, ERP systems, and integrated software platforms. The role involves hands-on development, collaborating across teams, and applying expertise in Node.js and React.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Enhance Applications: Build, maintain, and optimize web applications primarily using Node.js and React, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with team members across functions to ensure cohesive development practices.
• Ensure Code Quality: Follow best practices and coding standards to produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Document Solutions and Processes: Create and maintain detailed documentation of code, development practices, and architecture for team knowledge-sharing and support.
• Stay Current with Technology: Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development, applying relevant advancements to continually enhance applications and infrastructure.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a software developer.
• Proficient in Node.js, React.
• Must have experience with MongoDB.
• Proficiency in data analytics, with hands-on experience using Power Query in Excel to clean, transform, and analyze data.
• Familiar with ERP systems and system integration.
• Knowledge of SQL databases, cloud technologies, and API integrations.
• Experience working with frameworks like Express.
• Experience working with cloud solutions like AWS or GC.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance efficiency, automate tasks, and optimize development workflows is critical for this role.

Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze issues, propose solutions, and manage project requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical team members, with a focus on end-user needs and cross-functional teamwork.

Adaptability: Experience in dynamic environments, ideally within retail or distribution sectors, and comfort with fast-evolving project requirements.

Unit Testing: Proficiency in writing and maintaining unit tests to ensure code reliability, catch issues early, and support continuous integration and delivery practices.
