Junior Pricing Analyst, Co-op Student

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Pricing Analyst Co-op to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our pricing strategies and driving profitable growth. You will gain valuable experience in data analysis, market research, and pricing optimization.

JOB DURATION: minimum 4 months

Responsibilities

• Analyze price relationships between products
• Manage new product listings in the system with appropriate cost and other key data elements
• Assist in development of new key insights by constructing reports which can be utilized throughout the organization
• Maintain data integrity within the system by conducting vendor reviews to ensure accurate information is present
• Manage vendor price adjustments by uploading data within the system while maintaining accuracy
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Business or Mathematics
• Microsoft Office expertise, especially in Excel (v-lookup, index match, Pivot table)
• Excellent communicator – speaks and writes clearly and to the point
• Analytical and organized with relentless attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team player who displays personal leadership
• Basic knowledge of financial statements and trial balance information
• Proven track record of process optimization an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced national distribution environment
