Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert in research and insights, demonstrating a deep understanding of qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research methodologies. From defining objectives and developing analysis plans to producing comprehensive, actionable reports.
- Ensure the highest quality standards in research by utilizing innovative, rigorous, and industry-relevant methodologies.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to analyze complex data sets and deliver expert-level reporting and insights.
- Monitor and analyze emerging trends in the last-mile delivery sector, including competitor service offerings, changing consumer expectations, and evolving market dynamics.
- Develop a deep understanding of our business model, competitor positioning and market share fluctuations to identify key opportunities and potential threats.
- Report regularly on industry developments to align with market realities.
- Contribute to the preparation of proposals, business cases, and presentations, effectively communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Candidates are encouraged to share or present previous research work.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, market research, or a related role.
- Industry experience is a must. 5+ years of experience in the logistics industry.
- Proven ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
- Strong knowledge base of global logistics networks or retail supply chain processes.
- Market research tools (e.g., Nielsen, Statista, Gartner)
- Presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual communication skills (verbal and written) French and English
- Hybrid work model: with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
