About the role

ATB 101 is a 4 month work experience and engagement program with a summer intake! Our ATB 101 students play an integral role in the success of our business. As an ATB 101 student, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to ATB through challenging, meaningful and diverse opportunities and make a positive impact for our clients and each other. Oh and we promise you’ll have a lot of fun doing it!

As the next Advisory Solutions and Services Student, under the guidance of a Director, you will learn about and provide hands-on support of Deposit, Trade Finance, Cards and Payment products including providing documentation support to Advisory Solutions and Services team members.

Accountabilities

• You will assist with opportunity assessments, business cases, map out current and future state processes and other product enablement tasks.
• Conduct data and product performance analysis using tools such as Google Sheets, MS Excel, Google Slides and Tableau to summarize and represent data and findings visually.
• Conduct market research on products, tools and technologies related to Payments and other Cash Management services.

Skills, experience & requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with 3rd year standing OR postgraduate program.

• Experience with data analysis would be an asset.

• Ability to use software such as Excel and Tableau.

• Able to effectively prioritize and manage your time well.

• Have a strong sense of personal accountability.

• Come with an inquisitive and growth mindset.

• You're not afraid to try new things, take risks, maintain your own timelines and meet aggressive deadlines.

• An innovative, digital and entrepreneurial growth mindset.

• Collaboration magnet, connecting and collaborating with diverse groups.
